Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please send an email to me at tracey@findyourmagic.com and I'll work with you to make it right.

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened products. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note: food products cannot be returned (teas, honeys, tinctures, etc).

No refund will be given, exchange offered or correspondence will be entered into for:

Change of mind.
Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition.
Incorrect orders made by the recipient.

I package all orders myself but sometimes mistakes happen. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.

We do our best to minimize product breakage in transit; however, some of our items could experience some breakage during shipping. If your product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
